A TRIBE specialist will work directly from your office, providing onsite consultation and advice to social workers. The aim is to offer immediate guidance on complex cases, helping social workers to:
- Facilitate informed decisions that prioritise the well-being of children.
- Improve support strategies for carers.
- Develop targeted intervention plans for children based on behavioural science.
Supporting Local Authorities with Expert Guidance

services include:
A Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) will be available onsite for a set number of hours each week, offering immediate consultation and support on child cases. Social workers and the carers they are supporting can attend.
A practicing registrant is available to provide short notice home visits to provide context on placement difficulties and support with initial intervention implementation.
We provide ongoing, specialised workshops to equip social workers and foster carers with the latest strategies for trauma informed care.
One-on-one or group supervision sessions for social workers, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support for their challenging roles.
Receive detailed data and statistics on the effectiveness of the TRIBE service, helping you track progress and outcomes.
