Behaviour Analyst

The Behaviour Clinic are looking to appoint an Assistant Behaviour Analyst to join our residential team. The service is a specialist therapeutic service providing therapeutic support to residential homes who are caring for children who have complex needs resulting from early life trauma. The service provides assessment of young people’s therapeutic needs, support to residential staff to provide trauma informed care, and provides therapy to young people.

Life Story Champion/Practitioner

The Behaviour Clinic have a dedicated Life Story Work team delivering therapeutic Life Story Work, Life Story Direct Work, Life Story Supervision and Life Story Work Training. Our life story service is growing, and we would like to recruit a Life Story Champion to Champion our Life Story Direct work and training services. This post will specifically focus on Life Story direct work and training and not therapeutic work.

Play Therapist

Integrative Play Therapist undertake therapy assessments and deliver core therapy services such as developing emotional understanding, therapeutic life story work and attachment-based therapy. Additional training will be available to develop the skills of therapists in this area to ensure we are equipped to provide all needed services. 


Receptionists provide support to managers, other employees, and clinic visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between The Behaviour Clinic and others are positive and productive. Receptionists need to be master multi-taskers with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. 

Registered Behaviour Technician

Registered Behaviour technicians (RBT’s) are registered practitioners who provide in home support to children and their carers. This is a varied role with support being allocated to carers and children. RBT’s undertake therapy assessments and deliver core therapy services such as developing emotional understanding, therapeutic life story work and skill-based therapy.

Self-Employed Consultant Therapist

Consultant Therapists provided assessment and therapy services to families, support therapy staff, and co-ordinate MAPSS services. Within the MAPSS service consultants are responsible for one local authority area, providing consultation to social workers, providing assessment recommending therapy, providing training workshops, developing the service and supporting therapists.
