Trauma Informed Care & Therapy

Bespoke Therapy

Bespoke Therapy is an individualised therapy programme designed to meet the needs of children, young people, or adults with multiple or complex challenges.

Rather than focusing on a single approach, Bespoke Therapy combines elements from different therapeutic models—including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling, and Therapeutic Life Story Work. This integration allows us to create a tailored programme that addresses each person’s unique, multidimensional needs.

The method of delivery may also include creative approaches such as craft, paint, clay, or outdoor work to help engage the young person in ways that feel natural and comfortable for them

Who Bespoke Therapy Helps

Who Provides It?

Bespoke Therapy is delivered by qualified therapists and behaviour analysts trained across multiple
evidence-based approaches. Within The Behaviour Clinic, therapy may be provided by:

  • Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA & UKSBA(cert))
  • Counsellors (BACP)
  • Graduate Psychologists (GMBPsS)

What Can Bespoke Therapy Help With?

Who Can It Support?

Bespoke Therapy is suitable for children (8+) through to adults, especially those with multiple or complex
needs that require a flexible, multi-method approach.

What Does It Look Like?

Bespoke Therapy programmes are fully individualised following a thorough assessment. Together with the
client, parents/carers (where appropriate), and professionals, we identify goals that guide the therapy plan.

All Bespoke Therapy includes a clear plan, agreed goals, and regular analysis to ensure therapy is
progressing towards these goals. Sessions may include:

  • Therapeutic Life Story Work to explore and process past experiences.
  • ACT strategies to build psychological flexibility and resilience.
  • CBT tools to challenge unhelpful thinking and develop coping skills.
  • Counselling approaches to provide space for reflection and healing.
  • Creative or outdoor activities such as craft, paint, clay, or nature-based work to engage the young person.
